We just had the most amazing trip to Australia and New Zealand with Kathy from New Zealand private tours. Everything was smooth and effortless. From our elegant bed and Breakfast hotels to our amazing guides, we saw and did some amazing and unique things. We were limited on time, but we still wanted to see everything we could fit in our 3 week vacation, Kathy managed it perfectly. In Queenstown she was our guide for the day. It was a beautiful day and she was able to arrange a helicopter ride to Earnslaw Burn at a moments notice.
We spent so much time planning our once in a lifetime vacation, it’s nice to actually meet our travel agent in person. This is why I like to use travel agents that actually live in the country we are visiting. I find locals will know the area better than anyone.

Kathy was just as responsive and transparent while planning our trip. She took our wish list of types of experiences and transformed it into a wonderful trip personalized to us. She accommodated change requests with ease and no-questions-asked. We traveled around both the North and South islands without renting our own car, and she coordinated everything so travel was seamless. While in New Zealand, she checked in on us periodically, which was much appreciated. I cannot recommend New Zealand Travel Agents highly enough!
